Rebuild dies on 5.5.05 Build #2509 but works on 5.5.03 Build #1666

I am runing into troubles trrign to extract and re-build. I am runing SQL
5.5.05 Build #2509. When I try to re-build (or extract for DBREMOTE) when it
gets to one point where it says:
"Error in file reload.sql at line 8560, table DLNK not found"

It is in the trigger building stage.

If I go to another machine and run it (5.5.03 Build #1666), it works fine.
The beginning of the two reload file looks different. The biggest difference
is how they issue the GRANT CONNECT TO "DBA"

Good version says "GRANT CONNECT TO "DBA" IDENTIFIED BY ENCRYPTED
'\x9F\x55\xA1\x57\xE9\x69\x39\xA4\x00\x93\xBF\x89\xA2\xB4\x61\x8F\xF0\x4A\x5

Bad version says "GRANT CONNECT TO "DBA" IDENTIFIED BY "SQL""

Why are they different?

DBUnload should never be putting:

A clear password in the output file. Does this happen on all databases or
just your database? Please test. That will help narrow down the problem.

How do I check it? I don't have any other databases. Do I just make one with
DBINIT? (can you tell I don't know a ton about this?).

I found a machine here with 5.5.04 Build #1956 installed and it also
generates the same command:

%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
% Create userids and grant user permissions
%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%

GRANT CONNECT TO "DBA" IDENTIFIED BY "SQL"
go
GRANT RESOURCE, DBA, SCHEDULE, REMOTE DBA TO "DBA"
go
GRANT CONNECT TO "dbo"
go
GRANT GROUP TO "dbo"
go
GRANT RESOURCE, DBA TO "dbo"
go
GRANT CONNECT TO "exp" IDENTIFIED BY ENCRYPTED

3\x9B\xD0\xCF\x1D\xCB\xFF\x08\x43\xB8\x56\xD4\x8D\xA3\x7D\xC1\xEA\xAA'
go
GRANT RESOURCE, DBA, REMOTE DBA TO "exp"
go

The encrypted password is OK. It is a security feature we added
sometime ago.
It sounds like the reload doesn't actually fail until much later in the
process.
Are the only differences in the file the passwords at the start?
My suggestion would be to check the reload script for the occurrence of
the DLNK table just to make sure it got created.
Also, check to see if the user creating the trigger in the reload script
is the same as the user who owns the table.
