The "request level log" is what you want.
To start it, from dbisql...
CALL sa_server_option('Request_level_log_file','C:\\temp\\rlog.txt' );
CALL sa_server_option('Request_level_logging', 'SQL+hostvars' );
To stop it...
CALL sa_server_option ( 'Request_level_logging', 'NONE' );
