  Your problem could be rooted in the deployment and
registration of the
Sybase.Powerbuilder.xxx.xxx.dll's in the GAC. You can
manually register them
again or try rerunning the PB 12 installation.

BTW: What version of MS-Windows are you using?

Hi Chris,

The system I am running PowerBuilder 12 (Evaluation) on is
Win XP Pro Server Pack 3. How can I can manually register
the DLL's.
