When will sybase engeneering will support the new thread model in linux ? glibc > 2.3.5 Regards Rainer rainer.schlichter@unix-db.org wrote: > When will sybase engeneering will support the new thread > model in linux ? > > glibc > 2.3.5 > > Regards > > Rainer A CR has been opened for this, and it's being worked on, but I wouldn't expect to see it until after the release of RHEL5 at the earliest. It will also most likely not be in the 12.x codeline, and only in the 15.x codeline. So, optimistically, I'd say not to expect anyth...

Hello!! I am so happy and honored of being part of this big team. I am Brazilian, so I live in Brazil. I speak Portuguese and English. I also know a tiny bit of Spanish and French. I am already graduated in a Executive Secretarial Program, by the Federal University of Santa Catarina, and in my undergraduate course I have studied translation theory, something that I found very interesting. I have done some small translations, such as abstracts from Portuguese to English, and now I am in a translation project of a doctor's website. As you can see I don't have so much experienc...

Hello. I use Firefox on linux (Fedora Core 6). I'd like to stream my XM satellite radio (which uses the mms: protocol). When I go to the XM website and try to listen to it, I get an error - something like "Totem cannot decode this stream." I believe that Totem cannot handle mms:. Does Firefox have a config option for this? Or, is it passed to the OS (which then handles the stream)? If I can, I'd like to use mplayer for this.
