Strange Oracle Issue with 9.2.0.2 and 9.2.0.3

I wonder if anyone has seen this issue ...

We have a successfully compiled DBD 1.12 and 1.14 running on a RedHat
7.2 server -- when setting RowCacheSize to a number more that 1000 we
garbled data -- Also using the -1000 value does the same. I have seen a
few tidbits of data on the net and Oracle's Metalink talking about a
possible bug with >= 9.2.0.2 Oracle but to patches and no bugs reported.
The problem disappears with setting RowCacheSize to something small like
100 or 0. Also the problem is not seen <= 9.2.0.1 Oracle Client. I am
about to write up a TAR on this with Oracle but wanted to see if anyone
else has come across this. Just to be sure its not an oci8.c issue that
needs ironing out.

Someone else reported a problem with this recently.

Could be a bug.

My thought is to time the difference in execution speed
between RowCacheSize's of 100 and say 950.

Probably negligible. 100 seems to be a good number
for array processing with Oracle.

DNN3.0.9
The code example below from DNN2.1.2 met our needs for Windows Integrated Authentication in an Intranet setting. It was a small core change and a recompile. We set authentication to Windows in the web.config. We did not want to sync AD groups or have the user login. We used DNN Roles to assign rights to modules and tabs. Very simple and non-complicated. We have looked through the membership code to try and do the same thing and cannot find where we would add the same type of code, modified of course to meet DNN3.0.9 requirements. We realize that TAM has his 2.1.2 code almost rea...
