Internet working. Package management not working

Hello all,
I use an internet connection with a proxy. I have set the proxy in
Firefox and systemsettings so now I can browse the web and I can ping
Google from Console. But when I start Software Management, it says
"Cannot access installation media". Whats wrong?

I thought doing it in systemsettings would be fine. Setting it in Yast
doesnt work because it is trying the wrong port. The proxy test says
this:
* <url> malformed

curl: (3) <url> malformed
* About to connect() to proxy 10.3.20.10 port 1080 (#0)
*   Trying 10.3.20.10...   % Total    % Received % Xferd  Average Speed

--:--:--     0Connection refused

curl: (7) couldn't connect to host

I want to connect to port 8080 but theres no setting for that
Thanks for your help
