We have been trying to use this product and have come across the 
following problems and concerns. Perhaps this form could help us answer 
these questions:

1. We have a group which we would like to receive the MS critical patches 
when they come out. Thus providing the auto-update option available in 
Windows update to our group of computers. We have not found a way to do 
this in patch management. We only have the process of picking the patches 
individually and adding them to the baseline. Is there a way to automate 
this?

2. Why is it so hard to get access to version 6.0? We are running version 
5.x and see easy communication from Novell on how to access 6.0. It seems 
this should be able as a download from Novell. 

3. We would like to have more then one group down the road with the 
ability to have the agent install assign the workstation to the group of 
our choice during install. It seems this is not even an option. Is there 
any customizing of the agent install?

it is... either via download.novell.com or via the plus server itself..

I just looked and the upgrade to 6.0 has been in the reports area since 
7/7/04. I've been looking here and there for it. 

Hopefully there will be some answers to my other questions later.
