All,

We have a new PatchLink Plus eval running on VMware.  PL+ sees the PCs that are running the 
PL+ agent, but we can't reach the subscription servers (no firewall involved here).

Any ideas?

It's just that when I install the eval product from Novell, it's called Novell ZENworks Patch 
Management, and the Patch Management web page served up by the installed IIS 6

Shaun,

We dealing with an eval of Novell Patch Management for Zenworks from 
Novell.  It seems to be a PatchLink product that has the Novell name and 
logo all over it.  Who supports this?

 I know <G> I'm just trying to avoid people form using this as an 
alternative method of getting support when they ought to go to 
Patchlink ;-)
Have you managed to get a trace of patchlink trying to reach the 
servers?
