Can't get Adobe Flash Player 9.0.r16 to download
For some reason while I see the vunerability for Adobe Flash Player 9.0.r16 for both IE and Firefox, they wont download (update cache). I've tried various methods, but if I go to the server status page it never even shows up as being requested. I've also tried updating the subscription info, which completes successfully, and then updating the cache, but it doesn't fix anything. the new MS 914387 DST update did cache when requested today, so it doesn't appear to be a general server problem. I had chosen to deploy the ie version when it first came out, and since it wasn't caching quickly and I didn't select any other patches with it, I said to deploy unordered. I had some e-mails on some deployment failures for it this morning, so it did finally cache. And I was also able to cache and begin deployment of the firefox version. -Mike --

I get the install updates bar for adobe. So I download it and Firefox says to restart. So i do and then Firefox asks me to do it again and again. I am using Firefox 3. Hello! I downloaded install_flash_player_11_linux.x86_64.tar.gz from Adobe's web site and seamonkey-2.5.tar.bz2 from Mozilla's web site. I extracted Flash into /home/flash and SM into my ~/bin/seamonkey2 (only for myself). I noticed new SM v2.5 does not see Flash plugin or ANY plugins (about:plugins showed nothing), and didn't even have plugins directories in my local SM profile account (~/.mozilla/seamonkey/...default/) and extracted SM directories (~/bin/seamonkey/plugins/).
