Moving User to new OU not recognized in iFolder

I've got an iFolder user that was transferred to a new department, so
the way that our eDir tree is structured means that they are moved to a
new OU under our organization. After making this change I am unable to
sign the user into iFolder. When I open the iFolder administrative
console I can click on the user and it shows the user's context as still
being in the old OU, and there is nothing referencing her location in
the new OU. How can I make iFolder recognize this change or restore the
iFolder functionality to the new user? Thank you.

My LDAP context is set to my organization level so it should be seeing
all of my users. I haven't tried restarting the server since moving the
user between OU's but I've read in some other postings that this
sometimes fixes the issue, but I'll try that at some point soon. Also,
my LDAP server is set as my iFolder's server address and the LDAP Proxy
user password blank and confirmation are empty. Should I possibly try
adding each individual OU into my iFolder context instead of trying it
on an Organizational level?

How do I move iFolder user?
I thought this was going to be trivial. My current iFolder server is getting critically low on space, so I want to move some of the users to a new iFolder server I have installed. The server is version 2.01.03 and the clients are ver 2.1.3. I've looked through the installation and administration guide and I don't see anything about moving a user. Can this be done? How?
