Active Directory account issue

We have iFolder 3.9 using AD for the backend user store.

With what looks to be an issue with one of our ou's passwords are not
consistently working.

What is very strange is.   A person uses the web based iFolder access
and it works fine.  Using the iFolder client it keeps saying the
password is wrong.  It eventually locks the active directory password. 
However every once in while the iFolder client works?

The same is for the url that the ifolder client is using so for
example.   the login pops up.  But the user
cannot log in.  However again if they use the web based
it works fine.  So iFolder knows how to talk to AD.   

I have other users that use it at home, or in the office and all works
fine, but in different OUs.   Does anyone have an idea on whats going
on?  It maybe a coincidence that it seams like its only a certain OU. 
We have only one ifolder server. 

Any idea or help would be appreciated.

I still have no idea why iFolder 3.9 is locking our ad accounts.  The
user can be in working and syncing and something happens and locks the

However I did solve why the web client will work and not the fat
client.    For those of you that use AD.  Remember you need a SURNAME. 
AD does not require a last name like eDirectory does.   If you do not
have a surename in AD and try to setup an ifolder client to login as
that user.  It will fail.   Add a surname, force a resync of the Active
directory info in the ifolder admin.  The user will then be able to log
in fine.

active directory issue
I have an application that is working correctly on my local machine, but when I transfer it up to the server the application has now lost the ability to pull back information from Active directory which it needs.  I have found that if I add <identity impersonate="true" /> and then remote into the server the app is on the and run it the app will now work correctly.  However if I am not remotely logged into the server and try to use the app I get an error.  I can add my network username and password to the identity impersonate = true and then the app will wo...

Active Directory Migrate Issue
I am having a bit of a problem, that I am not sure how to fix. When I migrate a user on the Active Directory Driver (does not happen on my eDirectory or Lotus Notes Drivers), if the user is associated not all attributes are synchronized. Active Directory Authentication Issue
Our version is IDM 3.5, the vault is running on a netware 6.5 server and we have the Active Directory driver configured. The AD driver is running on a Windows server 2003 machine that is a domain controller for our AD forest.
