Can I use GroupWise client 6.0 on GropeWise Server 5.5?

I got an error when I try to install GroupWise 5.5 Client:
Could not configure workstation for application

Problem: Unable to process registry setting

I have tried everything to solve the problem but nothing works.
Do anyone have any answers to my problem?

Sounds like you don't have Admin rights on the PC, and no, a GW6
client
won't work against a 5.5 PO

Groupwise 5.5 to groupwise 6.5 migration on new server
I have an existing Netware 4.11 / Groupwise 5.5 server that I wish to move to a new server. But do I simply install Groupwise 6.5 and the install will upgrade the 5.5 database to 6.5 or do I need to move the groupwise data then install 5.5 on the new server and finally install 6.5 on the new server? Thanks Upgrade first, make sure it is all good and then do the move. This way your not fighting 2 fires when things go wrong. Ch...

GroupWise v6.0 to 6.5 Upgrade
I wish to upgrade our v6.0 GroupWise to v6.5 and want to do it gradually. I wish to upgrade the server side software first, then let my Helpdesk staff upgrade the client software on their own timetable. It is my understanding there is no problem in doing this. My question is if I continue using the 6.0 client will there by any new features or options that arrived in v6.5 that the users will see in the v6.0 client software? My trainer is trying to assess if there are any user training requirements necessary from a server side upgrade. The only thing I am aware of is that ne...
