We will switch groupwise 6.0 to an new second server. (single DO/PO).
the old server will rest as file-server.
And we will also apply the newest patches. Can we install on the 
new server the new agents (GW 6.0 Sp4) and copy the DO/PO Structure to the
new server and let run then direct the newer NLM on this structur?
(i know that i must adapt the path in NDS-objects)

Don't forget the config files in sys:\system.

Past that, this is almost like an agent upgrade, you are just moving to
a new server in the middle.

If you want a TID or 2 on moving to a new server let me know.

I'd like to have a look at those TIDs. We're going to move a GW 6.5 system 
from an old NW 5.1 box to a new NW 6.5 server. Simple setup, one domain and 
one post office, plus GWIA and document management (just a few documents). 
I'd like to rearrange the folders within one common grpwise-folder, do you 
know of any disadvantages?

Be very careful when moving document management storage areas, but if the 
docs are still held under the PO directory then it is fairly simple
