GroupWise Webaccess address book isn't the same as GroupWise Client address book
I am running GroupWise 6.0 sp3 along with GroupWise Webaccess sp3. I made
a new entry to my address book from an internet connection to my Webaccess
and when I went to review my entry through my GroupWise client it wasn't
there, but when I went back into Webaccess it was there. Why wouldn't it
synchronize with my GroupWise client? Everything else seems to

I have several GroupWise 6.0 sp4 clients that use cache mode and when they
edit a name in a shared address book the name does not synchronize with
the online version of the same address book. Have noticed that when
things are done in cache mode they do not update the online mode for weeks
at a time. Why does this happen?
Emails and appointmants seem to be alright, it is just the address books
for some reason.

I thought I may ask this question here, we are still using GW 5.5. About a
year ago we have updated it to 5.5.5 and now all new clients with client
version of 5.5.5 experience the following problem, my observations shows
that the problem does not appear on old 5.5.2 client. Any ideas would be
appreciated. Here is the problem details:
When any changes are done in the server address book some of people cannot
send e-mail to some people on the same postoffice. Names picked up from

Hi all. This one's weird. This happens to all users (well the two i've
tested; reason says it will happen to all). If we click on the address
book and scroll more than halfway through it shuts the address book and
crashes the client. then we have to restart the groupwise client. Any
ideas on how to fix this would be awesome. following is stats:

The cleaning agent listed is valid for all versions of GW5.5. For a
cleaning agent designed with GW6 in mind, the author's site
(http://www.nexic.com ) has an updated version availabe, which can be
run as a NAL object. However, it does cost.

I swear I searched the forum and TID's but everything seems to have a

On several machine with windows 2000 or XP and office 2002 and office 2003
when the address book button in groupwise 7 is click the address book
appears blank with no entries. The most popular solution is to:
uninstall Groupwise 7
install the NTWMS.EXE
Reinstall Groupwise 7

opens up, but almost everything is grayed out and I do not see any system
addresses. Where might I look to solve this?

I have an export from outlook address book as .csv file and would like to
import it to GroupWise client addressbook.
Any help is greatly appriciated.
Nothing to it. Export a sample GW address book and compare..... You just
need to massage things so the columns are the same and then import.
