I am pretty sure during my one NetWare box's patch it did not do this.
Could this be because of how the BIOS is setup in general, perhaps some
kind of ACPI/powermanagement thing? Anyway I'm surprised this happened at
all but going through the install scripts briefly (using grep) I cannot
find a 'down' command anywhere. The doc also states that the installation
will perform a server restart (vs. stop):
