Hi. We have a Bordermanager 3.8 server that has been running for a long time and now we are experiencing some hardware problems. We have a second server with 3.9 installed on it and we want to find a way to copy all of the rules and configs from 3.8 to 3.9. Is there any way to do this? What steps would I need to do to make this work flawlessly? We recently purchased BM 3.9 and are currently running 3.5. We have a new server built and ready for 3.9, but are looking for a way to migrate the settings from 3.5 to 3.9. BM VPN client 3.9.3 and power user
Hello I would like to use VPN client 3.9.3 on Windows XP SP on power user account, but when I run vpnlogin.exe then nothing happens. The user has got full rights for registry HKLM\Software\Novell\VPN\Current folder but the client still not working. One thing is interesting for me, client version 3.8.16, 3.9.0 works fine on power user account but client version 3.9.2, 3.9.3 not. Why? Where is the problem and how to fix it? Bordermanager 3.9 sp2 / Windows 7 Home Edition 23 bit The BorderManager 3.9 sp2 (and even sp3) VPN client does not seem to operate on Windows7 Home Edition. Hi, I've downloaded the last version of Bordermanager VPN Client (3.8.4) and after install it and reboot my computer i can not launch it cause clnwin32.dll is missing. I have a Netware 6 SP3, edir 8.7.1, 3.7.2 Border Manager server which abends regularly and needs rebooted I know the servers days are numbered however until the server is replaced I would like to try and resolve the abends. Windows XP and Bordermanager 3.7 VPN client
Hi, Seems to be able to get things to work through my ISP at work (using Windows 98), however Windows XP has worked ONLY once so far. Get IP connection fine (infact can even telnet and ping internal servers), however Netware login never works and hangs up with a "No tree or server found" error. When connection is established it says its an IPX call, (IPX tunnel is on), altough I think it should be IP only, what the heck it connects, I can fix that later. Bordermanager 3.8.9 client and Draytek 2200 series
We ve a problem with connecting to a Bordermanager server 3.8 over a Draytek 2200 router. When we use a dialup with the notebook all is ok. But when we use a Draytek router 2200 series the Bordermanager VPN client hangs on "negotiating and authenticaing". I ve found a list of unsupported Routers incombination with Bordermanager and the 2200 is listed on it. I'm currently using bordermanager 3.8.16 installed on my Windows Vista and connecting to my office by the Bordermanager VPN-client to a netware6-server (they refuse to upgrade to 6.5) and it's working!
