Mozilla Calendar suddenly does not show remote calendar anymoreHi,
I'm using Mozilla Calendar (latest build 2004121719-cal, Linux) with a
WebDAV server to show 2 remote calendars and one local calendar.
Suddenly, one of the remote calendars' events completely stopped
showing, while the other two calendars are still shown. Reloading the
calendar doesn't help. Unchecking and checking again the calendar in
the calendars list doesn't help. When I add a new appointment to the
calendar, it is apparently added to the remote calendar (the progress
icon turns for some time), but not shown. I have tried using the
Windows version (on anoth...
Mozilla CalendarI've recently started using Mozilla Calendar, and so far the features
and user interface are almost exactly what I want... but (maybe) not
quite.
I use a hosted mail-server to keep my email in one central place -
but access it from a number of different computers. IMAP is already
configured and secured with a VPN, but I don't currently have a
secured ftp service that I can access remotely (and using FTP is all I
can find documented...)
I notice the "Remote Server URL" option when creating new
calendars... but I am unsure about the server configuration

converting sun calendar to mozilla calendarHas anyone written a script that takes the SUN calendar format and
converts it to a .ics format that can be imported into mozilla
calendar? I started working on a script to do this but I figured that
someone else had already been down this road. I didn't want to
re-invent the wheel if I didn't have to.

Mozilla Calendar on Mozilla UpdateThe calendar extension is now also being hosted on update.mozilla.org:
http://update.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?id=208
Feel free to rate it.
Although the best recommended way to download the calendar xpi is to use
the download page at:
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/calendar/download.html
if you want to try it from there, make sure you go to
http://update.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?id=208&page=releases
and pick the correct OS because the main page does not seem to be
detecting the OS properly.

GroupWise Calendar & Mozilla Calendar Integration? We use GroupWise at our office using IMAP. Thunderbird will show the
calendar events as a list (like emails) but not on an actual calendar
view (day, week, month etc).
Is there anyway to get these events to show up automatically in Mozilla
Calendar?
Is there anyway to click on a day as in GW Calendar and create a new
event and sent it to a an email list, in either Mozilla Calendar or
Thunderbird?
I would really appreciate anyone's help.
Thanks.

How to set-up a CalDAV Google Calendar in Mozilla Calendar / LightningI've just figured this out and am posting here in hope it's useful:
Google Calendar now supports "CalDAV", a presumably better standard
for remotely shared and writable data (no more need for the "Provider
for Google Calendar" add-on to have write access).
To set up your calendars in Lightning:
1. Go to your online Google Calendar, select "Settings / Calendars /
Share This Calendar", then enter the Google Mail e-mail address of the
person you want to share your calendar with (I think they must also have
a Google Calendar account).
2. C...
HOWTO: Print calendar in Mozilla Calendar / Sunbird on LinuxMany have reported that it is not possible to print a calendar in
Mozilla Calendar for Linux. The problem is described in bug #268179:
you can preview the calendar, but not print it (because simply the
"Print" button is missing). This occurs on Linux (with
non-xprint-enabled builds, which all official builds are), and maybe
on other platforms.
But there's a workaround: To show the print preview, Mozilla Calendar
creates a temporary file "calendarPrint.html" (or
"calendarPrint-1.html" and so on, if the previous one exists already).
On Linux, this in ...
