Installer Not Opening

I just downloaded seamonkey-2.53.5.en-US.win64.installer.exe.

When I try to run the installer by double-clicking the 41376 KB file or using R-click Open, nothing happens.

The installer does not start the installation.

Nah, AIUI the issue is with Mac Big Sur.
