do verify the junk settings in two places:
- Tools menu>options>privacy>junk (global),
- Tools menu>account settings>account>junk settings (per account).

I have used Firefox from the start (Firefox 1 and 2) and have not had
any trouble with web links in e-mails until Firefox 3. Each beta

e-mails (Thunderbird) does not work, even if Firefox is already open.
The only way to access a web link in an e-mail is to copy and paste the
web address into the browser. All along I have done nothing different -

Hi
I have about six mailboxes set up. I redirect all junk mails to just one
junk mail folder. Intermittently incoming junk mail will not get moved
to this folder (most of the time it works though). The way to get these
"stuck" emails is to view the mail, mark it as "not junk", and then
straight afterwards mark it as "junk", whereupon the message will
automatically move....

Portable ThunderbirdHi,
since my junk mail controls appear to have deteriorated, or perhaps
rather stopped learning, after switching to portable Thunderbird, I was
wondering if others too have such experiences.
From less than 2% miss rate, I've started regularly getting junk into an
inbox, rather than sorting it to the junk folder.
I've checked the settings, and training is on, nothing seemed
extraordinary incorrect. I couldn't find any indication on where to look
in these pages either:
