Who said Sunday afternoons had to be boring?  Our .strings files were a
mess=E2=80=94wrong encoding, wrong line-endings, you name it. :P=0D

Here's the trunk patch.  Some notes:=0D

1) That libs:: line is now a nightmare; is there some better way to write i=
t?=0D
2) Two of the Localizable.strings (Appearance and Navigation) had their
localization named "Localizable.strings" instead of "English"; that's fixed
here.=0D
3) Parts of the Security group in the source tree were showing up as missing
because the referred to the now-removed Personal prefPane folder.  I'm not =
sure
how this didn't break the copying or something of Security.nib, but those a=
re
fixed in this patch, too.=
