Infomaker upgrade broke Infomaker!

Upgrade from Infomaker 10 to IM 11

I first upgraded SQL Anywhere from 10 to 11.  Then ran the IM install.  I'm 
getting the error message:

Failed to initialize SySAM licensing.
InfoMaker is shutting down.
The mandatory property file 'im110_sysam.properties' is missing.

Did I miss something when I downloaded?

Hi Rebecca;

    For IM 11.x and its new Sysam licensing you must the logged onto your PC 
with an account that has Local Administrator privileges. Does your account 
have that?

Thanks for your quick response.  I'm not totally sure what happened.  I had 
a 'bum' hard drive and had to reinstall a lot.  I started over and now it's 
good.  Sorry to post!

No problem ... I get to do a full reinstall of MS-Windows on my daughter's 
laptop when I get home tonight as the entire Vista O/S seems to have been 
corrupted yesterday.   Never a dull moment in IT!       :-)
