groupwise 7 client working with groupwise server 6.5 ?

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me if its possible to use the Groupwise 7 client with
groupwise 6.5 backend?  If someone could point me to an article which
outlines the issues that would be greatly appreciated.

can you point me into a knowledge base article on this?  I have heard
mentioned elsewhere people menting running groupwise 7 client with
groupwise 6.5 backend.

It was possible with someof the very early GW7 betas, but now the release 
versions are out, the system has reverted to normal where clients cannot 
access older version agents
