Discussion software with interface similiar to Office and MSDN discussion groups

We're looking for a Discussion Group .Net preferrably software that has the look and feel of what Microsoft uses at:

Tired of the tradition "home" pages of the discussion group software out there.  Does anybody know what MS is using for the site above?
