[ANN] Gnostice eDocEngine VCL v3.0 Released - Multi-format Document Creation Library [PDF, HTML, RTF, Excel...], PDF eForms and Report Export
Gnostice is pleased to release Version 3 of eDocEngine,
our document-creation component suite for Delphi and
C++Builder developers.
A highlight of this version is Unicode support in
the PDF engine. This means support for non-Latin text
including right-to-left languages and mixed-language
text, and all bidirectional text modes. There is a big
increase in the speed with which the PDF engine
processes non-Latin text. Output PDF files are also
more compact, thanks to improved subset font embedding.
The Excel and spreadsheet engines have been overhauled
to export columns accurately across multiple pages and
worksheets. There are several other enhancements
and fixes to other engines.
Version 3 supports Delphi 5/6/7/2005/2006/2007/2009/2010
and C++Builder 6/2006/2007/2009/2010. It also supports
newer versions of Windows and Office. Also included is
a wizard for automated compilation and installation of
report-export interface components.
