Attribute 'System.CLSCompliantAttribute' Cannot be...

I'm getting this error in my solution:

Attribute 'System.CLSCompliantAttribute' Cannot be specified more than once in this project, even with identical parameter values.
However, it doesn't point to a file name or a line number - - - This is a new one on me - - where should I look?

It could be in the assemblyinfo.vb (or .cs if you are using C#). Try using the Visual Studio "Find in Files" feature to search your project files for the string "CLSCompliantAttribute".

 Is there an issue with 2.0 and multiple master pages? I am recieving the above error. If I remove the the master page reference on the page the error goes away. I have a webpart project i copied across and after setting up in VS 2005 all good. When i go to the design mode and try and autofornat my webpartzone to for example Simple or Professional.
