[ANN] Release of Bugzilla 4.3.1, 4.2.1, 4.0.6, and 3.6.9 Today we are releasing 4.2.1, 4.0.6, 3.6.9, and the unstable
development snapshot 4.3.1.
All of today's releases contain security fixes. We recommend
all Bugzilla administrators to read the Security Advisory linked below.
Bugzilla 4.2.1 is our latest stable release. It contains various
useful bug fixes, performance improvements and security fixes for
the 4.2 branch.
Bugzilla 4.0.6 and 3.6.9 are security updates for the 4.0
branch and the 3.6 branch, respectively.
Note that 4.3.1 is an unstable development release and should not
be used in production environ...
[ANN] Release of Bugzilla 4.1.2, 4.0.1, 3.6.5, and 3.4.11 Today we are releasing 4.0.1, 3.6.5, 3.4.11, and the unstable
development snapshot 4.1.2.
Many users had difficulty installing Bugzilla 4.0, 3.6.4, and 3.4.10,
due to a bug related to the "Math::Random::Secure" library. These
releases fix that bug among other issues.
Note that 4.1.2 is an unstable development release and should not
be used in production environments. However, we are getting very close
to feature freeze for 4.2, so now is the time to give us feedback on
4.1.2 if you want its behavior to change significantly before we
release.

Firefox 3.5.7 running on HP Laptop hp G60, with Vista. When opening

(3.7.1), two new stable releases (3.6.1 and 3.4.7) and one update for

I'm checking back in after being away for a couple of months and I missed the 3.1 release. I can't seem to find any info on what's new in 3.1 and also what the upgrade path should be. So, is the recommended path for upgrading from v 2.1.2 to go directly to 3.1 or do I need to go to 3.0.13 first? Are there any big issues in 3.1 that make it a "gotta have it" version?I did a couple of 2.1.2 to 3.0.12 upgrades but haven't upgraded to or tested 3.1 yet. I have one 2.1.2 site that is commercial and I need it to be down as little time as possible. It also has a lot of third party modules...

I upgraded subversion to 1.6.3, and wanted to make sure I had the
latest kdesvn for KDE 3.5 and subversion 1.6.3. I went to kdesvn support
site but it wasn't clear if 1.0.5 was sufficient for subversion 1.6, so
I downloaded kdesvn 1.0.6 and built it myself (previously 1.0.5 had come
from opensuse). Everything looked okay, but...
When I click on the Help | Info about kdesvn part I see:

I am very happy with 1.3.6, but there were issues (resolved with the latest
patches) with ZfD 4.01

I have a database field which holds serial numbers as a comma separated string which has already been checked for duplicates and sorted.
This field can be very large when there are many serial numbers. In order to save screen space I would like to display ranges of sequential numbers by showing the first and last number with "to" between them. This may happen a few times in one string. I've tried fiddling around putting the string into an arraylist but my mind goes blank when trying to work out how to know if a number is the next in sequence when moving through the arraylist. ...
