How to set column width /align in gridview column?

Is it possible to set the column width and align text for one column to the right?  I have three gridviews on one page, and I'm trying to get them aligned.. which isn't easy to do.

If the Column is BoundField then you can set the width and alignment this way below:

<asp:BoundField DataField="TextBox1Column" HeaderText="Header1" ControlStyle-Width="200" ItemStyle-HorizontalAlign="Right" />
But if the Column is Template then you do something like below
<asp:TemplateField ItemStyle-Width="300" ItemStyle-HorizontalAlign="Right">
Or use <ItemStyle> after TemplateField declaration like below
<asp:TemplateField>
<ItemStyle Width="300" HorizontalAlign ="Right" />
