Hello,

when i use ODBC driver 15.0.0.152
on Windows Vista  wwith ASE 12.5.2
i noticed a lot of instability about closing connection :
Sometimes the connection doesn't close!


Do you know if there is a solution for that? like using
another ODBC driver or another version..

Hi

You have an old version of the driver.  I don't know specifically if 
upgraing will resolve your problems because we don't know the details (ASE 
version, application details, error messages, what the app is doing - what 
kind of app?  etc).   However, you have a driver released April 2007 and 
there might be shanges made to improve your situation.

My suggestion is to upgrade to latest version (you can get SDK 15.5 ESD#03, 
15.5.0.1005 from download site), or get a current PC Client install from ASE 
15.0.3.  These build should improve things overall for you.

Did you upgrade your ASE to 15.0 or 15.5?

Can you see if SDK 15.0 ESD#22 is visible to you?
