RFC: Adding a perldisthist POD page

I just pushed a WIP perldisthist POD page. It's like perlhist except
it documents what OS / distro release carried a given version of perl:

https://perl5.git.perl.org/perl.git/commitdiff/f39ded76638c46278fc5caab723b1e9e30bbbbef

It's currently quite sparse, just lists RHEL [567], which is already
all I wanted out of it.

I find myself looking this up more often than I'd like, and usually
end up on some random stackoverflow thread, it would be great if this
were part of the core perl docs.

If you like to add more information:

For Debian wheezy..stretch (buster will probably change until the
final release) see: https://packages.debian.org/wheezy/perl

Debian squeeze had 5.10.1 (see https://launchpad.net/debian/squeeze/+source=
/perl ).

Yes, definitely, if anyone has more resources I'll add them, just
added this: https://perl5.git.perl.org/perl.git/commitdiff/feb8c4747c

I use Debian myself, didn't know you could get this info from
Launchpad, I tried to get it via ftp.debian.org quickly but you needed
to unpack & grep the >30MB gz'd package manifests to get it from there
it seemed.

I did not! That's definitely a lot of useful information I can
incorporate, or maybe I should just give up and we should point to
that.

I do have a bit of a preference to having this a perldoc command away thoug=

Everything I could trace on my CD/DVD's
I found info for SUSE versions 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 6.1, 8.2, 9.1, 9.2, 9.3,
 10.0, 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 11.1, 11.2, 11.3, 11.4, 12.1, 12.2, 12.3,
 13.1, 13.2, 42.1, 42.2, 42.3, 15.0 & TW
So I'm still missing 6.0, 6.[234]?, 7.x, 8.0, 8.1, 8.[345]?, 9.0 and
 11.0
My 11.0 CD just had the boot, no packages :(

=E2=80=8B> I do have a bit of a preference to having this a perldoc command=
 away
though...

+1, maintaining this data in blead would be very valuable indeed.

Would this data be useful to present in a queryable module, similar to
Module::CoreList? e.g. I could potentially see some systems administration
scripts looking up perl versions using `lsb_release -s -c`=E2=80=8B (return=
s the
name of the running Ubuntu version, e.g. "xenial", "lucid").
