perldelta 5.28 - in-place editing entry should mention -i

https://metacpan.org/pod/release/XSAWYERX/perl-5.28.0-RC1/pod/perldelta.pod#In-place-editing-is-now-safer

This should mention that it's talking about the -i switch to perl (
https://metacpan.org/pod/perlrun#-i[extension]) so it doesn't seem like
it's talking about any in-place editing done in Perl such as with Tie::File.

Good idea.

Applied the following diff:

-=head2 In-place editing is now safer
    +=head2 In-place editing with C<perl -i> is now safer

-Previously in-place editing would delete or rename the input file
-as soon as you started working on a new file.
+Previously in-place editing (C<perl -i>) would delete or rename the
+input file as soon as you started working on a new file.
