Good catch. A lot of these are in cpan upstream modules so shouldn't be
changed here (I can fix up the major offender of perlfaq1 upstream). Also
some in perldeltas which I'm not sure about changing retroactively. Some
part of module names or URLs should not be changed. Otherwise most should
be changed.

I'm going to start preparing RC0 today. Hopefully release it today, if
not tomorrow.
