can not attach attachments

groupwise webaccess 7.01 running on netware 6.5 sp6, this is a secondary
domain and the POA and primary domain are running on another server with
the same GW and Netware versions

when a user tries to attach an attachment (testing with a 1k text file)
it sits there and then times out and i get the following error message
below. I am running webaccesss with SSL and i do a redirect in apache
for this. all other parts of webaccess work ok. i have over 2 gigs of
free space on the sys volume of the server. i have checked the TID that
deal with the temp folder and that is correct. any ideas?
please and thanks!

Problems receiving Attachment Groupwise and GWIA

This is not an issue for all received attachments, but only in certain cases. We are from Denmark. We use letters like =E6,=F8,=E5. When we remove them from the filename, the attachment does not become corrupt except for pdf files. They are still changed. The files have long names. We use GWIA version 6.5.4. Can't ready the email attachments which are inside email attachments.
Please tell me this can be fixed. In Thunderbird, when I get an email attachment and open it, it works fine. The email attachment opens and I can read it. However, if that email attachment has an email attachment inside it, it doesn't work. Thunderbird will not allow me to open the email attachment inside the email attachment. If I go over to Outlook and get it there everything works fine. I switched over to Thunderbird, because Outlook was pulling two and three copies of every email in my POP accounts. But if I have to choose between Outlook downloading multiple c...

Hi, referring to the posting "How can I delete an attachment" written by "Sima" on 02.11.2005 in netscape.public.mozilla.webtools I would like to discuss this topic again. When editing a row of the attachment-table with the MySQL Query Browser you can simply delete the BLOB-Data from the "thedata"-field. Bugzilla then still shows, that there has been an attachment, but if you want to load it, Bugzilla complains with the error message "Attachment Removed - The attachment you are attempting to access has been removed".
