Hi Scott,

Can I ask if you can provide a rough time frame for the ftf release and

Running groupwise 6.5 client and 7 client on the same machine (not at the same time)
I think the answer is no, but I would like to make sure. I am installing GW7 on a test email system and we are running GW 65 on our production system. Is there any way I can run the 6.5 client (to connect to our production system) and the 7 client (to connect to our test system) on the same machine (Win XP). I dont need to run them at the same time, but would like to have them on the same machine. Doubt it, too many common named files within the system directories Cheers Dave -- Dave Parkes [NSCS] Occasionally resident at http://support-forums.novell.com/ On Wed, 19 Jul 200...

GroupWise 7.0.3 Client & GroupWise 7.0.1 Agents
Will GroupWise 7.0.3 client work with GroupWise 7.0.1 Agents? Is there any potential for database corruption? G. Ferguson -- gferguson ------------------------------------------------------------------------ I have used this combination with no issues. As far as the database corruption...I feel you want a guarantee of that never happening. You have that potential even using 7.0.3 agents with 7.0.3 clients. All I can tell you is I've never had a problem with database corruption with the client side. If any corruption occurs, it's usually caused by not run...

Groupwise 7.01 client crash
The groupwise client 7.01 is crashing when opening mail from inside the system. It does not crash when opening mail from outside our network. Any ideas? I have reinstalled it several times. Curious what version of the client you upgrade from, or is this a new install? I vaguely remember this being an issue with a new install and the work around may be installing a 6.5.6 client first and then installing the GW7 client. Have you done a full uninstall and then fresh reinstall? I can't remember what else I may have done...but I'll dig through my notes (I've got a cas...

Groupwise 7 bugs
Here are the bugs I've noticed in the Groupwise 7 client for Mac OS X. 1) When printing your calendar there is no option to print meeting location. 2) HTML e-mails are not rendered correctly. 3) If you log out of your Mac and don't quit the Groupwise client first, the client will cancel the log out request. 4) You have to hit Cmd-Delete (instead of just delete) to delete a message. 5) When you need to reschedule an appointment by right-clicking and selecting resend it opens up a new appointment which means you have to reenter recipient names and do another busy sea...

Groupwise 7 SP1 client, dutch. Groupwise 7 SP1 backend running on netware 5.1 SP8 When I create a posted appointment which is an all day event, and select bezet (busy) it does not show as busy (grey) in the calendar. It shows as white. When I try to change the posted appointment to free (vrij), tentative (voorlopig) or out of office (niet op kantoor) and repost the message the changes are not applied and the appointment remains busy. When I change the posted message to a sent appointment the display is correct. There seems to be an issue with posted appointments (and dutch clients ?...

Groupwise Client with 2nd Imap or POP3 Client
I have a customer running GW6 on a nw6 server. Their email/webmail is working great. A few of them have email address from another non groupwise server. I set up a second pop3 account to go to a folder that I created(also tried to send it to the inbox.) Groupwise shows that is downloading messages 1/5 or however many, but I can not find them anywhere. The log shows that it downloaded everything. On the same note the other server also runs imap. I can set up a Imap account, it will show me the header with a little half envelope beside them. I can not get it to open the ent...

Client 4.9.1 and groupwise client
I have just upgraded from client 4.9.0 to 4.9.1. Under 490 I was able to check the Single Sign on button on my groupwise notify (6.5.4) and not have it ask for the password every time. Now that I have loaded 491 I check the box but it doesnt have an affect. I have checked the Single sign on check box in the clients properties. Any ideas?
