Enabling "Check Mailbox Size" menu item in Groupwise 6.5 client

We have a 6.5.0 system that was upgraded from a 5.5.4 system some time
ago.

System is working well with no problems.

However, the Check Mailbox Size menu item under TOOLS in client is
grayed out.

I am not trying to implement size limits, just the ability to view
client usage.

From Groupwise Admin Manual, page 170, it says to run a Mailbox/Library
maintenance, Post Office, Analyze/fix databases, with Contents, fix
problems, reset (mine says update) user disk space totals. Select only
User database.

Submitted job, completed sucessfully. Restarted client, still no change
in Check Mailbox size.

What am I missing?

TIA

Can I set limits of "0" (no limits) and still enable this functionality?

I think 0 means zero ?, I just set limits above the largest size I
could find in a GWCheck run

Ah- ha! You are right. I need to set at least "some" limit, even if I
don't intend to really enforce. Setting to 2GB/mailbox shouldn't be a
problem!

Groupwise 6.5.2 client installation and the "Cancel button"
Dear All, I am doing a Zen application to install the Groupwise client on NT4/Windows 98 desktop. We have lot of old software here. We use Netware 6sp3 with Zen 2.0 and Groupwise 6.5.2. I don't want a snapshot so I have edited the Setup.cfg file and all I want to do is run Setup.exe and it works without a problem. The only thing is it is giving the option to "Cancel" the installation, how can I stop users cancelling the installation ? Any ideas most welcome. Thanking you. Trouble installing Groupwise Client 6.5 for "limited user" XP Pro
Somehow, the standard 6.5 client install didn't work. Re-running the client install works to get it going for administrator, but the limited user on the system can't use it. It says "Groupwise is not properly installed". It won't uninstall, saying that the Install script file is invalid. I can't find a "cleanup tool" for 6.5, and the older one I found didn't work. How can I get this cleaned up? Ideas? The application needs to be installed with full rights (as does any mail system) and then the users allowed to access the mail files etc. I w...

GroupWise 5.5
When working in MS Word 2000, if "File > Send To > Mail Recipient (as Attachment)" is chosen, a GroupWise email will start properly and the first line of the Word document will be the "Subject" of the email. When the email is sent, the new subject line is correctly sent, though. I looked on the Novell KB, but didn't find anyth...
