GroupWise Clients that Cache do not update their GroupWise Address books

I am running GroupWise 6.0 Sp3 POA/MTA/GWIA/WEBACCESS and clients.  Some 
of my employees are running their GroupWise in Cache mode and some are 
running in Online mode. I added a new employee to the GroupWise post 
office at noon yesterday and it now approx. 8:00 am the next day and the 
Cache clients do not see the new employees name in their contacts list. 
However the Online and Webaccess clients do.  Why are the Cache clients so 
slow to update, they get mail OK?  I noticed this when I added a contact 
in Webaccess and it took three days to get to my Cache address book.  I 
have the POA doing a check every night.

No.  I tried that earlier and it didn't work, but never the less I just 
noticed it is in my address book now.

We have been testing caching mode lately and found a similar problem with
address book updates. Here is what I found on this in the documentation for
GW 6.5:

"When users prime their Caching mailboxes, they receive a copy of the system
address book. After the initial priming of the Caching mailbox, users can
re-download the system address book and their personal address books in
Caching mode by clicking View > Retrieve System Address Book or View >
Retrieve Personal Address Book while in the Address Book. Address books will
also be re-downloaded in Caching mode when users click Tools > Retrieve
Entire Mailbox.

"Users can also specify to download the system address book (and any rules
they have created) on a regular basis. In Remote or Caching mode, click
Accounts > Account Options. Right-click the GroupWise account, then click
Properties > Advanced. Select Refresh Address Books and Rules Every __ Days.
By default this is set to 7 days, but can be changed.

"If you configure the POA to generate the system address book regularly,
Caching mode users will always have a current copy to download. In
ConsoleOne, right-click the POA object, then click Properties > GroupWise >
Maintenance. On the Maintenance page, make sure that Generate Address Book
for Remote is selected. You can choose the time when you want the generation
to take place."

GroupWise cache Clients address books not updating
I have several GroupWise 6.0 sp4 clients that use cache mode and when they edit a name in a shared address book the name does not synchronize with the online version of the same address book. Have noticed that when things are done in cache mode they do not update the online mode for weeks at a time. Why does this happen? Emails and appointmants seem to be alright, it is just the address books for some reason. Groupwise Address book is not replicated on clients.
Hello, I thought I may ask this question here, we are still using GW 5.5. About a year ago we have updated it to 5.5.5 and now all new clients with client version of 5.5.5 experience the following problem, my observations shows that the problem does not appear on old 5.5.2 client. Address book crashes groupwise client
Hi all. This one's weird. This happens to all users (well the two i've tested; reason says it will happen to all). If we click on the address book and scroll more than halfway through it shuts the address book and crashes the client. then we have to restart the groupwise client.
