string freeze for mozilla 1.8, firefox 1.1 and thunderbird 1.1?

I was looking at the Summary of Upcoming Mozilla Releases on
http://www.mozillazine.org/articles/article6128.html and it doesn't say
anything about the time frames that localizers will have to prepare the
translation for these products.

So, I would like to know when will the string freeze happen for these
three? Will it be in Beta2, RC, Developers Preview? I would also like to
know if the string freeze is going to be simultaneous for all three, or not?

Thanks.

The current thought is basically to freeze with beta2 or shortly
afterwards. OTOH, we don't know yet for sure what we want to do,
because, we definately want to get source L10n for Thundebird 1.1, but
Firefox trunk was more work than expeted, and Thunderbird work hasn't
been started yet.

Actually, Firefox 1.0.1 was a bigger priority than trunk (or anything
else, such as 1.8b1) up till last week, but we hope we'll get a clearer
view of trunk soon.

Whatever happens I hope that we'll be notified here as soon as it does.
This goes for UI freeze, help freeze, additional stuff if needed for
Thunderbird source L10n (if it is similar to Firefox's), everything, so
that we can avoid last minute updates, or missing info.

Mozilla 1.0.1 and JRE 1.3.1
I need to use the JRE1.3.1 JVM plugin with Mozilla 1.0.1. What I'm currently doing is creating a link in the plugins directory to the j2re1_3_1_08/plugin/sparc/ns600/libjavaplugin_oji.so object. However, when I enter Mozilla and select "About Plugin-ins", I can see that Mozilla is not recognizing the jvm. Creating a similar link with the Java 1.4.1 JRE works -- so am I doing something wrong with JRE 1.3? Or is Mozilla 1.0.1 / Netscape 7.0 incompatible with JRE 1.3? Kind regards, Daniel ...

Anyways, we're about to release the newest SeaMonkey security and stability update releases right now, with the version numbers 1.0.8 and 1.1.1 Due to our L10n freezes, both work with the language packs from earlier versions (1.0 or 1.1), but if you want binary builds up on FTP, you need to regenerate them for those versions. Why include LUNs in 1:1:1:1 ?
Hi Having installed several clusters and fully understanding and accepting the NetWare partition:pool:volume 1:1:1 relationship I would like to understand this latest fad of adding the LUN assignment into the relationship?!? I've always assigned the amount of space required for a particular OS cluster into a LUN and then masked that to the appropriate hosts, where it is then split into partitions, etc. What are the benefits for having multiple LUNs? Presumably you still have a single RAID (5,10, whatever) group under it? Aren't you just putting more stress on the st...
