Yes, 52.4 has been available for 2 weeks.

Just so there is no confusion ... Firefox 52.4.0 has been about about
two weeks.

But the Thunderbird build we publicly release yesterday, Monday, wasn't
even built until 10/3. Linux distros may have made it available prior to
Monday, but it was not public for Mac and Windows prior to yesterday.

Two weeks? Interesting that the Release Notes indicate differently.

I did 52.4.0rc3 Windows and Linux testing on the 5th.

Release candidate one was available on the 3rd, but the application is
not released until an exhaustive set of tests are done by the highly
experienced testing team when the driver approves a candidate for
testing. When the testing is done and tests are successful the driver
approves the release.

Odd isn't it? I had downloaded 52.4.0 to backward test something just
over a week ago, that was why I find it strange that there are comments
about it being just days old.

And there is my confusion. Sorry! I obviously can't read very well.
