Firefox extension show up at the TB extension site

When I do a search for extensions at the Thunderbird extension website:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/extensions/

I get a bunch of extensions which don't even work in Thunderbird and
which in fact are intended for Firefox. This has been happening for a
very long time too, and I don't know who to complain to about it. Does
anybody know a way around this problem or why it's happening?

TIA

Care to mention what extensions you're talking about?

You might try mozilla.addons.user-experience -- the AMO people are
busy right now with complications of the extension-signing stuff for
Firefox, but some of them do read there.

Christian, it's different every time I do a search there. If you give it
a try and do a search, you'll see what I'm talking about.

Yes, that is a good idea. I'd forgotten about that group. Thanks, Q!

You mean if you do a search? I noticed that a long time ago when
looking for themes. You just have to pay attention to what application
is being referred to with the search result. That has happened for years.

Yes, I've noticed that too. Seems like it didn't used to do that long
ago though.
