Attachment reminder #3

Just a shout out to whoever contributed the 'attachment' key word check
routine in the message body. Such a helpful, great piece of code !

(and yes, Thunderbird did ask me on this note, "Did you forget to add an
attachment?" !!)

Yes, indeed very useful!

I have a feeling an add-on used to provide the functionality but it is
now integrated, right?

Can you remind me/us where to find the setting for adding keywords?

I believe you will fined the list of keywords as a comma delimited list
of words in the preferences. The pref is:
mail.compose.attachment_reminder_keywords

Almost 9 years ago, in version 3.0 via
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=244455 And yes prior to
that there were a couple add-ons.

Under Tools/Options/Composition/General, click the Keywords button next to 'Check for missing attachments'.

Ah, yes, thanks for the reminder of the Keywords button under 'Check for
missing attachments' and the corresponding
mail.compose.attachment_reminder_keywords parameter 👍

The fact that I had forgotten about them illustrates how well the
attachment reminder feature works :-)

Prompted by a recent missing attachment embarrassment (a rare experience
these days thanks to the attachment reminder feature), I added the
German word "beigefügt" to the list. In case anyone is interested, here
is my English/German keyword list:

attachment,attach,attached,attaching,enclosed,anbei,Anhang,angehängt,angehängte,beigefügt
