I updated and then cheked the Relese Nontes. Seemes there were two crash
bugs that were important enough to do a chem spill release.

This wasn't chem spill. It was in the plan -
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/tb-planning/t9VRy9k2iNU -
because we knew we could fix them.

The plan is now altered because of challenges that prevented shipping
54.0b1. We are assessing whether to fully enable updates in 52.1.1, or
wait until 52.2.0

And, I count only on crash bug

The list of bug reports fixed in 52.1.1 is at
<https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?f1=cf_tracking_thunderbird_esr52&list_id=13587869&o1=equals&query_format=advanced&v1=53%2B>.
This list does NOT include bug #1361020, which is "Download rest of
message not working after fetch headers only or partial download (do not
download messages larger than ...) - POP account".

On the other hand, the report for bug #1361020 at
<https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1361020> indicates "Tb
52.1.1 confirmed working." in comment #33.

To me, bug #1361020 is critical. Is it or is it not fixed with version
52.1.1?

Consider:
* Most state mandate that drivers have liability insurance.
* Employers are mandated to have worker's compensation insurance.
* If you live in a flood zone, flood insurance is mandatory.
* If your home has a mortgage, fire insurance is mandatory.

Why then is mandatory health insurance so bad??

Just curious, what's the issue with 54.0b1?

Build environment frequently changing. i.e. infrastructure, and not
typically Thunderbird code.
