SM v2.0.1's Browser Startup's "Restore Previous Session" does not prompt when exiting.

Hi!

When using Browser Startup's "Restore Previous Session" option, ctrl-Q
(or exit button) just quits without prompting me to confirm. Isn't this
a bug? Sometimes my fingers acciodently click on ctrl-q instead of ctrl-w.

Thank you in advance. :)

Wired's Vista "Do's" Have Some Major "Don'ts"
Wired has an article up about how to speed up Vista. While they have a couple OK tips in there, there are a couple of suggestions that caught my attention as colossally BAD. I tried to edit the wiki page to reflect this, but I was rebuffed by the original author. How do I import SeaMonkey v2.0.14's addressbooks into SeaMonkey v2.9.1's addresbooks?
Hello! I did a clean installation of v2.9.1 and manually copied over my old SM v2.0.14 addressbooks, bookmarks, and e-mails to my Linux/Debian box. I got my bookmarks imported manually, but I can't seem to import my old addresssbooks from *.mab files. Do I really have to export them to non ..mab formats and then import from them? Replace 1's and 0's in a gridview column with Yes's and No's
Is it possible to change the display of a column in a gridview to show a Yes for all 1's and a No for 0's that display in a particular column of a gridview bound to a database?  If so, can someone share the way with me?  I am using ASP.NET 2.0 with VB Code Behind.  Thanks One way you can do is thrrough  CASE in your select statement: Select YesNoColumn= CASE yourColumn WHEN 1 THEN 'Yes' WHEN 0 THEN 'No' ELSE '' END FROM YourtableLimno <Columns>     <asp:TemplateField HeaderText="yourHeader" SortExpression="yourDataField"> ...

I found this code in a script right after the she-bang line: eval 'exec /usr/bin/perl -T -w -S $0 ${1+"$@"}' if 0; # not running under some shell What is it doing? Its like its executing itself again, but why? What the heck is: ${1+"$@"} ?? Wouldn't the eval never get done because of the if 0; ?? So why eval a piece of code that willnever be eval'ed ? Thanks! Their must be problems that we showing the subtitled on "what's new" page with Amara UI, allowed peoples to improve it directly with Amara, but no mention about that they need to wait for someone's review and approve. The curious case of Tom's Hardware's Browser "Grand Prix"
My how curious it is that they would release a set of test on all the latest browsers except FF4 (using 3.6.15 in lieu) on the 21st, one day before the official release of FF4. Even more curious is that IE9 is by far the fastest on the kraken javascript benchmark. Hmm, that is a very odd result, given that IE9 is about 10x faster on their computer than mine, despite chrome being about as fast on mine as theirs. Some might even call it suspicious ... http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/internet-explorer-9-chrome-10-opera-11,2897.html Cheers, DB. ...

Should FxOS's "select all" really be docshell's "select all" (which tries to select everything in the document)?
The specs on https://bugzil.la/1023688 (specifically https://bug1023688.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=8548761 which of the two is the one that discusses "select all") don't directly address the issue of containment for non-editable areas. Our implementation, as I trace it, ends up invoking do_selectAll on the docshell which tries to select *everything* editable in the entire page. This came to my attention while looking at https://bugzil.la/1152172 which is an email bug where select all was selecting both the selectable content on the current message rea...

restoring the system's audio level and system's wave file audio level with "wizmo"
Hello, I'm needing your help with "wizmo". With the volume= and wave= commands you can set the system's audio level and system's wave file audio level to a percentage of full volume. Is there a way to use "wizmo" to read the current system's audio level and current system's wave file audio level, then change these values via the commands mentioned above, and finally restore the previous read volume levels? If not, could the programmer please integrate such a function in "wizmo"? Or are there any other tools which can do that? ...

This WAN is created through a framerelay service from an ISP. What we will do now shortly is to move the communication from the frame relay to 1 local BM server on each site and create a network through the VPN instead. Both the new line's and the old frame relay will be available at the same time for a short period before the old frame relay is to be disconnected. Each office have at least 1 more server then...

What's with "~/" and NOT "~/" ?
In trying to deplay test projects to my provider (GoDaddy) I'm finding a consistent barfness with the form of reference that I read as "in this directory, this file"  or "~/filename.filetype". I am having to consistently strip the "~/" to make it work.Is there a way to strip off this type of reference through a preference? In the past, I've been led to believe that "filename.filetype" when in the same directory was just FINE as that -- no need for this "~/".Hints, direction, etc. welcomed and appreciated in advance ... mahalos .....
