Is return receipts broken in old SeaMonkey v2.0.14's e-mail client?

I just noticed my sent e-mails, with return receipts request, don't
ask/send an e-mail (assuming not ignored) for it even to myself. What's up?

Thank you in advance. :)

Please describe your settings in:

Mail & Newsgroups - Return Receipts

My email clients will never respond to your receipt request. The default
is "Never send". I and others I've spoken with feel they are an invasion
of privacy. And where you are sending to yourself, perhaps the program
is smart enough to know that you don't need a receipt.

No, it's not broken.

In my SM2's client, I have it to ask me for all settings.

How do I import SeaMonkey v2.0.14's addressbooks into SeaMonkey v2.9.1's addresbooks?
Hello! I did a clean installation of v2.9.1 and manually copied over my old SM v2.0.14 addressbooks, bookmarks, and e-mails to my Linux/Debian box. I got my bookmarks imported manually, but I can't seem to import my old addresssbooks from *.mab files. Do I really have to export them to non ..mab formats and then import from them? Is it safe to use old SeaMonkey v2.0.14's uninstaller to remove it and not touch v2.11?
Hi! I think it is time to dump my outdated, v2.0.14 soon. May I safely use its uninstaller in Windows XP Pro. SP3 and 64-bit W7 HPE? This includes deleting the old profiles. Since I upgraded to Seamonkey 2.0 it looks like I don't any more get 'tool tips' texts when I move the mouse over links having the html attributes 'TITLE' and/or 'ALT' filled.
