i am no legal eagle, or associated with 'mozilla org', so this is only
'mozilla' and 'firefox' are legal trademarks of mozilla org.
you are covered, if you are describing firefox by saying;
"mozilla firefox, here after referred to as just firefox"
"mozilla's firefox, here after referred to as just firefox"
when referencing as in a menu, just 'firefox' is acceptable and will be
found to be case in most software i have seen.
for more info, see http://www.mozilla.org/contact/ .
in a free world without fences, who needs gates.
to mess up a linux box, you need to work at it;
to mess up an ms windows box, you just need to *look at* it.
