Tabs FF57

Is there any way that I can get the tabs back to the place where they
are suppose to be" at the bottom of the header block.

When I am working and have several tabs open, I want the open tabs to be
the first think I see when I look up at the header. Having the bookmark
toolbar below the tabs confuses the issue, as I bounce back and forth
between open tabs.

I found I can put the tabs back where they are suppose to be at the
bottom but it bunches seems to bunch up the bookmarks.
I did this by draging the book mark toolbar to the line with File Edit

With legacy Stylish, I have what's now at <https://pastebin.mozilla.org/9072760> line 29. Not tested with Firefox Quantum but I guess that it'll work.

For me, 'TabsToolbar below other bars' became redundant a few months ago, when I shifted to using Vertical Tabs Reloaded <https://addons.mozilla.org/addon/vertical-tabs-reloaded/> alongside a vertical panel in KDE Plasma 5. Left-to-right (LTR):

- window titles
- tab titles
-content.

Nice find, thanks B00ze!

I found and updated a 2011 Mozilla bug,

648838 - "about:userchrome" as an editor of userChrome.css
