One Website is Blocked

I recently upgraded to Firefox version 60.0.1, and now there
is one website I use for work that I cannot access. It may
be a coincidence, but I was wondering if there was anything
in the upgrade that create that problem. The website is
www.callforentry.org, which is a website that artists use to
submit entries to juried art shows. I can access that site
from my wife's iPhone (I still have a flip-phone), so I know
the website is working. I have not had trouble accessing
any other website.

I have restarted Firefox in Safe Mode, and with a new
profile, but nothing changed. I also checked the Windows
Hosts file, but it is only the sample file.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Did you try to refresh the Firefox? See this picture:

Many times I have found that "Refresh" clears many things that Safe Mode
can't.

Good luck.

Before doing that I would clear the cache. I've been caught a few times
by having "old" pages appear instead of new ones, and think that
something is still wrong. It's a lot less destructive than refreshing.

Don't have a clue. It works fine, or at least it displays up to the point
where I would have to log in, in FF 61.0b7 64-bit under W10 v1803. The site
doesn't depend on a lot of scripting up to that point so my script blocking
didn't really affect it.

No problem here (Win 10 Home 64 bit, FF 60.0.1, Windows firewall with
default settings, Avast Free Antivirus ) even with AdBlock Plus and
Privacy Badger active. Have you tried any other browsers on whatever
system you seem to be blocked when using FF? If another browser works,
you can probably rule out any interference from your system's firewall,
anti-virus software, and Windows Hosts file.

What does "cannot access" mean for you?
