Android Firefox downloads file instead of opening page

I touch the link http://wap.abchina.com/Portal/Logon/Index.aspx from
http://abchina.com/cn , but every time Firefox download the aspx file.
There are Index.aspx, Index(2).aspx, Index(3).aspx... in the downloads
directory.

There are 2 problems:
1, Does that page has something that Android Firefox do not support?
2, Why it download the same file again and again?

It is not a proper web page. It contains tags that are not valid HTML
tags. Even Firefox is downloading the file on my machine. This is the
full page:

All ASPX pages have to be compiled before deploying on the host. Did you
create the page yourself? did you not follow the Visual Studio
deployment guidelines?

In Microsoft Edge I get this message:

https://i.imgur.com/5pDM5VE.png <https://i.imgur.com/5pDM5VE.png>

In Internet Explorer the page opens just fine except I can't read
anything. I don't read or speak Manadarin.

Does 'I touch the link...' mean you can actually view that portal page?

As the URL 'wap' suggests, it's wml, not html. What browser are you
viewing it in? Surely not in Firefox for Android.

http://wmlbrowser.mozdev.org/installation/wmlbrowser.html, and installed
the addon to view the page.

And the second problem, Android Firefox downloading file again and
again, which I encountered on various pages, still bothers me. I thought
there's some HTTP header like modified time to prevent this, but Android
Firefox just neglects it.

No, I view the page http://abchina.com/cn, and a picture on that page
points to the link http://wap.abchina.com/Portal/Logon/Index.aspx.

After I installed addon wmlbrowser, I can view it in desktop Firefox.
Since I have got the information (it only tells me that wap bank has
been stopped), I don't tend to test whether the addon works for Android
Firefox (hope so).

You must often be disappointed. As a rule of thumb, most addons do
not work for Android, including quite a lot of those that
 actually claim to.

I actually wrote a thing once - ISTR it involved an xlst
stylesheet - to display wap on Firefox mobile on a Nokia tablet.
That was before Mozilla rewrote it for Android.

Maybe you could make it an addon. Yet WAP or WML seems a phasing out
standard and not much of use now.
