Lightning changes hour when saving imported ics event

Hello. I am running Thunderbird 52 with the lightning 5.4.5.2 add-on on a W=
indows 10 desktop. When I import a ics event I get the event window showing=
the event and all is OK. However, when I save the event the hour get chang=
ed. It usually is 4 to 5 hours before the actual time I had in the dialog w=
indow.(minutes are always correct.) This does not happen when I create an e=
vent from scratch and then save it. Only when I have imported the event fro=
m an ics file. What's going on?

Please understand I don't exactly know technically what I did but it
worked.

My wife computer had a similar problem. When she entered a new event,
lightning, regardless of what times she entered for the end time,
lightning automatically changed the event to 1 hour lenght. I went
through all of the settings but could not find any thing wrong.

The problem was corrected when I disabled Lightning, restarted
Thunderbird, then enabled Lightning

I have never had to import an ICS file, so I'm not sure what you mean.
Could we have an ICS example file?

Both start-time and end-time are shifted by the same amount? It sounds
like a problem of time zone, no?
