What do you mean? Bugzilla 4.0.1 is a release of the current stable
Bugzilla, so in that sense it's been supported since it was released in
April last year. (In another sense, you should ideally upgrade to 4.0.3
at this point.)

Is it possible to perform such an upgrade, or will we need to do it in increments, such as upgrade to 3.x, and then 4.0? We are using an mysql database.
