Bugzilla feedback

Hi,

We used Bugzilla for both bugs tracking and support issues (even that
it is
not a crm tool).

Please see the feedback that I got from member of our FAEs (Field
Application Eng) team regarding improvments that he wishs to see in
Bugzilla:

1. Enable working in off-line (FAEs are many time on planes and wish
to
submit/update issues off-lines).
2. Enable the ability to work using email in a way that a reply to an
bugzilla email notification will prevent to enter the tool.
3. Enable more rich text style (today only plain text).

Anything from above exist/can be implemented by small changes/ part of
the
roadmap?

Best Regards,

Yaron

There is a product called Deskzilla that has this functionality.

"prevent to enter the tool" I assume means that the data will go into
Bugzilla. You can interact with Bugzilla via email--see the
documentation of email_in.pl.

This is unlikely to happen any time soon, although we have been
considering supporting Markdown.
