Bugzilla failed to send email when cc list is too large

Hi Sir,

My Bugzilla cannot send email immediately when the cc list contains a lot of email addresses (let says more than 6 email accounts).

Besides, while I have made changes and click "Save Changes", the page will change to the grey blank page and the browser tab will continue circling , so I back to previous page or to the main menu and refresh, the changes were included.
 
The list of software installed on my Windows 10.

Apache 2.4.43 Win64 VS16
Bugzilla 5.0.6
MySQL Community Edition 5.7.30
Strawberry Perl 5.30.2.1 64-bit

How exactly are "failed" in the subject and "immediately" in the text
related to each other? Do you get an error message or not? If not,
things most likely work, but may be slow, so you are really asking
about how to improve performance.

First you need to understand that by default Bugzilla sends mails in
sync directly after POSTing updates to a bug. Depending on the
performance of your web server, mail server, network related issues
etc. that simply might take some time. But that doesn't mean it
fails.

While Bugzilla is able to send mails async in the background in
theory, that is not supported on Windows most likely. If you have some
bottleneck during sending mails, you would need to find that and work
around that differently on Windows, like with some local mail queue
forwarding things in the background independently of Bugzilla.

Because the web server is still sending mails.

Because changes to bugs are stored before sending mails.
